The brewhouse
Since Januray 2018, la Boussole have choosed to set the brewhouse in Couserans, Taurignan-Vieux (5 km from Saint Girons), in Ariège.
Implanted on the Marbama area, an historic marble factory, we are proud to highlight the industrial heritage, make revive our wharehouse.
After 6 months of hard work, we can finally guess our public.
And indeed, brewing, brewing, and brewing again high quality beers.

The Tap Room
The taproom is open on Friday afterwork (05.00 pm to 07.00 pm in winter, 05.00 pm to 10.00 pm the rest of the year).
Craft beer lovers are welcome to taste our beers, with advices of the brewer himself.
If your friends don’t like beers we can discretely pour wine and soft drinks under the counter.
We have a terrace in front of the brewery for sunny days.
Snacking available (food truck or tapas)
(Please keep your dogs outside of the brewery.)
